1.將苯酚加到王水中，攪拌10min后升溫，反應(yīng)物則由黑色油狀經(jīng)暗紅達紅色片狀結(jié)晶，約20～24h ，冷卻，濾出結(jié)晶，用酒精反復浸泡，濾干至片狀結(jié)晶成金黃色，干燥后即為成品。
2.以1,4-苯醌為原料，在過氧化氫存在下，用氯化氫進行氯化，可制得產(chǎn)品。氯化反應(yīng)在60℃下進行，在丙酮中重結(jié)晶或升華進行產(chǎn)品精制；
3. 以苯胺為原料，在無水有機溶劑中用氯化氫氯化生成2,4,6-三氯苯胺，在110℃下于無水硫酸中氯化，可制得產(chǎn)品。 [1-2]
用途編輯
1.本品用作天然橡膠、丁基合成橡膠、丁腈膠和氯丁膠的硫化劑。
2.主要用于制造丁基膠內(nèi)胎、外胎，硫化膠囊，耐熱制品，絕緣電線等?？蓡斡靡部膳c硫黃和其他硫化促進劑(一般是與促進劑DM)混合使用，用以制造電纜和海綿橡膠制品，用量0.5%～4.0%。如添加5%～20%能提高膠料同織物材料的黏接強度。
　　3.本品用以制造抗惡性腫瘤藥物亞胺醌、癌抑散，制造利尿藥安體司通;也用作染料中間體和農(nóng)用拌種劑等。
4.用作氧化劑、殺蟲劑。用于四氯醌電極制造及有機合成。
5.用作光度法測定異菸肼的顯色劑。還用于有機合成、四氯醌電極制備。
